1½ cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla

Add all ingredients, except vanilla, to a pot. On medium low heat cook while constantly stirring until cream has started to thicken but right before it reaches boiling point. Remove from heat, add vanilla, pour into container immediately and press plastic wrap to the top. Refrigerate until cool.
