Cookies and Cream Oreo Protein Balls

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup coconut flour

3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (, or other granulated sugar of choice*)

6 Tbsp cream cheese of choice (6 Tbsp is about 3 oz)**)

4 Oreo cookies, crushed (can use gluten free)

3-4 Tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (optional)

步驟

Mix all ingredients together (except the white chocolate). Add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, add a teaspoon or more of water, or almond milk if the dough is too thick*

Roll the batter into tablespoon sized balls, refrigerate for 15 minutes to set

Optional: melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the protein balls
