CREAMY GARLIC PARM PASTA BOWLS

• 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, diced

• 1 TBS parmesan garlic sauce (Buffalo Wild Wings brand)

• 1/2 cup COOKED protein pasta of choice

• green veggie of choice, I like broccoli, spinach, or zucchini here

• 1/4 cup garlic alfredo sauce of choice

• 2 TBS cottage cheese (blended) or greek yogurt

• 2 TBS parmesan

步驟

Prepare chicken by cutting into bite sized pieces then seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic, italian, paprika, then air fry 400F 4 min, flip, 3-4 more minutes then toss in parmesan garlic sauce

Prepare green veggie of choice

Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: -1/2 cup cooked pasta -optional green veggie - alfredo sauce - cottage cheese/greek yogurt - parmesan mix then add creamy chicken chunks on top
