U Mix warm water, yeast & brown sugar in a bowl until dissolved. 2 Add salt + melted butter. 3 Add 1 cup flour and mix for 2 minutes. 4 Add the 2nd cup of flour and mix with a rubber scraper. 5) Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth & elastic. 6 Cut into 6 pieces → makes 3 pretzels. 7 Shape each piece into a pretzel and place on a baking sheet. 8 Freeze for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape. (9 Preheat oven to 475°F. 10 Bring 2 cups water to a boil and add baking soda. 11 Boil pretzels (3 at a time) for 15 seconds. 1 2 Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. 13 Bake at 475°F for 8-10 minutes until golden. 1 4 Brush with melted butter + any toppings you love! *
