- 3-4 cups spring salad mix 
- 1 large carrot, grated 
- ⅓ cup peanuts or cashews 
- ⅓ dried cranberries 
- 4 radishes, diced 
- 1 yellow pepper, diced 
- Dressing of your choice but this is really yummy with citrus basil dressing (see recipe elsewhere in this app)

- In a small bowl, make citrus basil dressing (recipe elsewhere in app) 
- Separate all other ingredients onto four plates and top with dressing.
