Gooey, fudgy and honestly you’d never guess chickpeas are the main ingredient

I made a few tweaks to bring the calories down and the protein up and it worked perfectly.

Here’s what I used:

300g chickpeas

50g powdered peanut butter (PB2)

20ml skim milk

50g sugar free dark chocolate chips

45g milk choc (Well Naturally Bar)

90ml sugar free maple syrup

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

Bake 20 min @ 200°C then let cool in the fridge for 30 min before cutting

Per serve (makes 6):

189 calories | 9P | 7F | 14C
