• 2 turkey sausage breakfast patties • light laughing cow cheese • 1/2 cup (blended) cottage cheese or greek yogurt • 1/2 tsp spicy ranch seasoning • ITBS shredded cheese • optional: tortilla chips, quest chips, veggies for dipping

步驟

Cook turkey sausage according to package directions then crumble (I mash with a meat chomper spatula or you can crumble with your hands)

Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except cheese which goes on top)

mix well then add shredded cheese

microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty.

I like to eat this with a mindful serving of tortilla chips and sliced veggies!

*if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating*
