1½ cups rolled oats
½ cup date syrup (or any syrup, adjust sweetness to taste)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup raisins
¾ cup mixed nuts of choice
¾ cup mixed seeds
Nuts I used
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup walnuts
Seeds I used
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
步驟
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Add oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cocoa powder, and date syrup to a bowl. Mix well.
Air fryer: 140°C for 12-15 mins, stirring every 3-4 mins until crisp.
Oven: 160°C for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway.
Let cool completely, then add raisins and lastly store in an airtight jar.
