Lemon and Olive Oil Cake

食材

300g Ground Almonds

300g of Sugar

300g of Olive Oil

6 Eggs

2 Lemons

2tbs of Honey

4 sprigs of rosemary

Method is super easy for this cake. Mix the eggs, sugar, almonds, lemon zest, oil and half the rosemary. Bake in lined tray at 180C for 25 mins.

For the glaze

Disolve together the lemon juice and honey with the rest of the rosemary. Pour on top of the baked and scored cake. Cut your cake in to portions as big as you can manage 🫪
