Banana Cobbler

5 bananas
1/2 c brown sugar
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1 stick butter
1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 c milk

Banana Cobbler: Slice 4–5 ripe bananas and mix with 1/2 cup brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg. Melt 1 stick butter in a skillet at 350°F. Mix 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, and 3/4 cup milk. Pour batter over melted butter (don’t stir), spoon banana mixture on top, and bake 40–45 mins. Let rest 10 mins.
