• 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins

• seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, italian

• crushed croutons

• 2 TBS skim mozzarella

SAUCE:

• 2 TBS greek yogurt

• 2 TBS caesar dressing

• 1 tsp parmesan

Sides of choice, I like a green veggie and a potato or pasta side with this!

步驟

Mix together sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside

Prepare chicken, I like to season tenderloins with seasonings listed then air fry 400F 5 min, flip, then add sauce on top of chicken, followed by 1-2 TBS shredded cheese and a sprinkle of crushed croutons continue cooking for 5 more minutes

2 chicken tenderloins = 1 serving, I like to pair with a big italian side salad and a pasta/potato side
