SESAME CHICKEN BOWLS

• 4-5 oz (dry) pasta, | like linguine for these

• NOODLE SAUCE: • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I like Panda Express brand) • 2 TBS soy sauce • 1/2 tsp garlic, red pepper flakes

• 3 (3-4 oz) servings ANY chicken—| like to air fry crispy nuggets for these, Real Good brand (or you can use 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins like usual)

• CHICKEN SAUCE: (for tossing chicken in after cooking): 1/4 cup sesame sauce, 1 TBS light mayo, 2 TBS honey

• Veggies of choice—| like to add zucchini, or broccoli for these

1. Prepare chicken, you can use regular chicken to save cals, or add crispy air fried chicken for convenience. Once cooked, add them to a bowl with the chicken sauce ingredients listed on side, and toss until coated

2. Cook noodles according to package, if adding green veggies, cook these as well

3. Mix all noodle sauce ingredients together in a bowl, then add cooked noodles and stir until combined

Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: -Divide your noodles evenly amongst your 3 bowls -mix in your green veggie or add to side if using (optional) -3-4 oz chicken (tossed in sauce) -drizzle of light yum yum sauce (optional)
