Meatballs:

340g Lean ground beef

3 links Italian sausage

2 Eggs

1/3 cup Parsley (chopped)

1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Sage (dry)

1 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)

Soup:

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 White onion (diced)

8 cloves Garlic (chopped)

2 stalks Celery (diced)

2 Carrots (diced)

3 1/2 cups Chicken broth

3 cups Beef broth

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1 cup Orzo pasta

2 Bay leaves

3-4 cups Baby spinach

步驟

Pan fry meatballs on medium/high until cooked. Appx 10min

Build soup

Add cooked meatballs to soup

Add spinach and cook for 2min

Top with Parmesan cheese
