2. Chia pudding

3 cups plain Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (I use maple syrup or monk fruit) pinch salt, 2 1/2-3 cups milk (I use coconut milk).
Mix well using a whisk to make sure no clumps remain.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with more yogurt, fruits, nut butter and berries.
