Recipe:
5 fresh mint leaves
½ medium lime, cut into 3 wedges, divided
½ Tbsp cane sugar
1 ½ oz empress1908gin
1/2 oz Sakura syrup
½ cup club soda, or as needed
Crushed ice
步驟
Place mint leaves, lime and sugar into a glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour in Empress gin and Sakura syrup.
Fill the glass with club soda nearly to the top.
Garnish with mint and Sakura.
