Porridge Oat Scones Only 110 Kcals

Large tub (500ml) @gleniskyogurt Organic Low fat natural yogurt

360g porridge oats- (fill the yogurt tub twice) use gluten free if you need

1 tsp bread soda @gembakes.ie

1/2 tsp salt

1 beaten egg (optional but nutritious)

Squeeze of Honey or maple syrup

Topping: Mixed seeds, I’m using pumpkin, chia & sunflower Optional but recommend for extra fibre & nutrition

步驟

Preheat oven to 180°C

Add you 500g tub @gleniskinsta to a bowl

Next add in your porridge oats by filling the yogurt tub twice.

Add bread soda

Crack the egg into a separate bowl and beat until fluffy.

Add the egg in along with the salt & honey.

Mix all the ingredients well together and then scoop out shape into scones. Place on baking tray, sprinkle with seeds on top.

Place in oven 180°C

Ready is 15 - 20 mnutes..
