Here’s how I batch my wellness shots for the week (makes 12 two-ounce shots):

400g fresh ginger, roughly chopped

3 tbsp ground turmeric

Juice of 4 lemons (about ¼ cup)

½ tsp black pepper

4 cups coconut water

7–8 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (I use @lovesparkle.life)

Blend the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, pepper, and coconut water until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.

Whisk in collagen until fully dissolved.

Pour into 2oz jars or containers, refrigerate, and shake before drinking.

I take one every morning, it’s like a boost for immunity, digestion, inflammation, and skin health.
