200g Thinly Sliced Pepperoni (Saltans Beef Pepperoni - can be substituted for turkey pepperoni/regular pepperoni)

1 ⅘ Extra Lean Beef Mince

1 Tsp Salt, 1.5 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Oregano

4 Diced Garlic Cloves

150g Light Cream Cheese

300g Pizza Sauce/Marinara (Leggo’s Garlic & Herb Pizza Sauce)

100ml Hot Sauce (Franks Redhot Buffalo Sauce)

30g Grated Parmesan Cheese

Diced Parsley

12 Warm Tortillas (Mission Carb Balance Tortillas)

20g Light Mozzarella (per burrito)

20g Light Cheddar Cheese (per burrito - Bega 50% Less Fat Grated Cheese)

步驟

1. Cook the pepperoni in a large skillet until crispy and remove.

2. Add ground beef to same skillet. Add seasonings and cook until brown.

3. Add cream cheese, hot sauce of choice, and pizza sauce. Mix until combined.

4. Scoop portion into tortilla, adding shredded cheese, roll and toast in skillet.
