Let your steak come to room temperature and season with white pepper, garlic salt and Montreal steak seasoning.
Prep your potatoes and boil until tender. Add garlic and herb butter, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, garlic to taste.
Add your steak to a hot pan with avocado oil and sear both sides for 4 minutes. I like my steak medium well.
Add your salted butter, rosemary and crushed garlic cloves and baste your steak.
Set your steak aside for 10 minutes.
In the same pan, add in your minced shallots, minced garlic and sautee until fragrant, add in 1/4-1/2 cup of beef broth(depending on how much sauce you want) add 1/4-1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, simmer for 5 minutes on medium low heat. And add Parmesan cheese.
Serve with sautéed green beans and enjoy. 😉🥩
