2 lbs 80/20 beef
1 White onion
Salt & Pepper
Deluxe american cheese
Buns
Shredded Iceburg Lettuce

Form beef into 2 oz balls and set aside.
Run onions through mandolin on the smallest setting and set aside.
Get your skillet pipping hot
Place beef balls on skillet and top with onions. SMASH!
Season with salt and pepper.
Once a significant crust forms flip them and salt and pepper the other side.
Top burgers with cheese then stack to make doubles. Remove from skillet and prep your burgers.
