Crispy Honey Butter Shrimp with Sweet Chili Dip

Shrimp – 180 g, peeled & deveined

Butter – 2 tbsp

Honey – 1½ tbsp

Garlic, minced – 2 cloves

Paprika – ½ tsp

Salt & pepper – to taste

Olive oil – 1 tsp

Sweet Chili Dip:

Mayo – 3 tbsp

Sweet chili sauce – 1½ tbsp

Sriracha – 1 tsp

Lime juice – ½ tsp

- Pat shrimp dry, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear shrimp on high heat until crispy edges form.

- Add butter, honey, and garlic to the pan. Toss shrimp until fully coated and caramelized.

- Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the dip.

- Serve shrimp hot with the sweet chili dip on the side.
