Pink Swirl Unicorn Fantasy Cupcakes

They sound difficult but I promise they’re not! This is one of the easiest recipes for any and every celebration and they’re made even better with the NEW Unicorn Fantasy sprinkle blend from @fancysprinkles (now available @walmart)

Here’s what you’ll need:

For the Cupcakes -

1 ¾ cup cake flour (200g)

1 cup granulated sugar (212g)

¼ tsp baking soda (1g)

1 ¼ tsp baking powder (6g)

¼ tsp fine salt (1g)

¾ cup melted unsalted butter (170g)

2 large room temperature eggs

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (15ml)

½ cup room temperature sour cream (120g)

½ cup room temperature whole milk (118ml)

For the Buttercream -

1 ½ cup room temperature unsalted butter (339g)

Tiny pinch of fine salt

Vanilla extract (to taste)

18 oz powdered sugar (510g)

2 tbsp heavy cream (30ml)

For the Decoration -

Pink gel food coloring (or any color you want 🤭)
