Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

MEATBALLS

Thinly dice onion

Chop parsley

Mix with ground beef

Add in some gf breadcrumbs

Season with salt, pepper, and Jerusalem spice

SAUCE

Soak tomatoes in hot water and peel off skin

In a pot, sauté chopped onion until golden

Add chopped tomatoes and some tomato paste

Add salt, pepper, paprika and oregano

Can blend with handheld blender to make it smoother

Once sauce is boiling, drop in meatballs

Cook until meat is cooked
