Let’s Make Chocolate and Orange Vegan Biscotti

The freshness of the orange zest, the crunch of the hazelnuts and almonds and a good drizzle of melted dark chocolate make these absolutely delicious and perfect for the festive season.

Biscotti means twice-cooked so after the first bake you slice them and bake them again for 10 minutes. This gives them their crunchy characteristic!

You have to give these ones a try and they are perfect to share as well with family and friends ❤️

200g 00 flour, plus extra for dusting

100g sugar

50g crushed almonds

50g crushed hazelnuts

6g baking powder

2 tbsp vegetable oil

100ml unsweetened almond milk

Zest of a small orange

A nice pinch of salt

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 bar of dark chocolate (around 50g)
