1 tablespoon (16 g) almond butter
¼ cup (62 g) unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
1½ cups (288 g) frozen yellow squash
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup (177 g) unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
1 tablespoon (15 g) pomegranate seeds, 1 tablespoon (7 g) pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl. Decorate with toppings. Optional: Dust with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Serve.
