Caesar Salad

Lettuce
1/3 cup garlic olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 lemon squeezed
2 coddled eggs
Salt and pepper
Worcestershire
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons

Brake lettuce into 2 to 3 inch width. Drizzle with the garlic oil, wine vinegar and lemon juice. Break in the coddle eggs for one minute. Season with salt, dash of Worcestershire, and grind pepper. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and toss 6 to 7 times. Add croutons
