High Protein Reese's Banana Parfait.

1800g Greek yogurt split into 600g and 1200g

30g cocoa powder

36g instant chocolate pudding

60g PB2

45g sugar free maple syrup

600g banana

180g Reese's Puffs

步驟

Mix together 1200g yogurt pudding mix and cocoa powder. In a separate bowl mix 600g yogurt, syrup and pb fit together

Layer add sliced bananas and Reese’s puffs.

Optional: Add Reese's Puffs when going to eat if you want them to stay crunchy. Again, use as much or as little bananas and Reese's Puffs as you want to. I added less of both to my mom's since she eats less calories than me. I eat these as a full meal, but my mom eats half.
