Granny’s Spaghetti (Andy)

- Shredded chiken -- or cut up pork chops
- 5 small cans tomato paste
- Powdered chicken broth - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar. Suggest you start with half cup. Add more if you think the acid needs to be moderated more. I have put more than a cup of sugar in.
- 1 full head minced garlic. I've actually worked with up to 3 heads of minced garlic.
- Diced onion
- Spaghetti
步驟
1. Saute onion and garlic with some olive oil 2-3 minutes
2. Add cans of tomato paste.
3. Add 6 cups water. Add chicken broth.
4. stir until paste is broken down
5. add more water as needed.
6. Add sugar
7. Add chicken (or pork chops)
8. Simmer for 30-40 minutes (the longer you simmer, the better. simmer for 2 hours if you have the time, but watch the sauce and add water as needed).
