400ml Light Coconut Milk

170g 0% Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp Garam masala

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Turmeric

1 tbsp Garlic Puree

1 tsp Chilli Powder (optional)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cumin

15g Ginger Paste

1 White Onion

25g Light Butter

400g Tomato Passata

Coriander

1 tbsp Corn Flour and 3 tbsp

Water

500g Cooked Rice

or 168g uncooked rice)
