Protein Brownie Pudding! Recipe

1 large egg (I love @happyegg)

1-2 tsp coconut sugar or monkfruit sweetener

1 Tbsp almond flour

1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp melted butter or coconut oil (I use @kerrygoldusa)

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use @bewellbykelly)

1/2 tsp vanilla

Whisk the egg and sugar for 1-2 min until frothy. Stir in the rest of the ingredients gently. Bake in a greased ramekin at 325 for 17 minutes!
