My High-protein Brownie Pudding for One — Inspired by Ina. G

Same nostalgic vibe, way more protein, zero intimidation.

How to Make It:

1 egg

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 serving chocolate protein powder

1 ½ tbsp sweetener (I used Allulose as always)

Pinch salt

1 tbsp melted butter

1–2 tbsp milk

1/4 tsp vanilla

1–2 tbsp no sugar added chocolate chips

步驟

Whisk the egg, stir in the wet ingredients, then the dry. Fold in chocolate chips.

Microwave 60–80 seconds depending on your microwave (mine’s 950w).

Let it sit for a minute so it settles into that gooey, molten center.

It’s not Ina’s recipe — no one can touch the original — but this is the high-protein, fit-for-one version I’m making on repeat.
