Homemade Wholemeal Wraps

Homemade wraps are a game changer. They are so easy to make, are so tastier, and are much better for you than what you’ll buy in a packet.

They’re perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and they freeze really well so you can make them in advance

Wholemeal Wraps (makes 6)

250g wholemeal bread flour

45ml (3 tbsp) olive oil

Pinch of salt

150ml boiling water

步驟

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix into a dough

Knead for 2 minutes, then divide into 6 balls

Roll out each ball into a thin wrap

Heat a pan on medium high heat, add a wrap and cook for about 2 minutes on each side

Enjoy!
