Greek Chicken Wraps with Creamy Feta Sauce

For the Chicken

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Creamy Feta Sauce

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Black pepper, to taste

Wrap Ingredients

4 large flatbreads or tortillas

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach

Cook the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken in the marinade and let sit for 15–20 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly golden.

Prepare the Creamy Feta Sauce

In a small bowl, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Chill until ready to serve.

Assemble the Wraps

Warm flatbreads slightly.

Spread a generous layer of creamy feta sauce on each flatbread.

Layer with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce or spinach.

Roll tightly and slice in half if desired.

Serve

Serve immediately for a fresh and flavorful Mediterranean lunch or dinner.
