Garlic Butter Cod Strips with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce

1 lb cod fillets, cut into thick strips

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

Sweet Chili Lime Sauce:**

3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- Pat cod dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Add cod strips and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden and flaky.

- Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and pepper flakes.

- Pour sauce over the cooked cod and let it bubble for 30–60 seconds.

- Garnish with chives or parsley and serve immediately.
