BBQ Chicken Dip

1/2 (4-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup of sour cream

1/3 cup of mayonnaise

1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce or your favorite BBQ Sauce

2 teaspoons of dried parsley

1-1/2 cloves (teaspoons) of garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 pound of cooked pre-cooked brisket or pork, shredded

1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles, to top (optional)

Panko breadcrumbs to top it with (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange a rack in the center of the oven.

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix them together until smooth. Mix in the BBQ sauce, dried parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix in the grated cheese until completely incorporated.

Mix in the chicken until combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, 9-inch square baking dish, three 16-ounce ramekins or another similarly-sized baking dish. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling. About 25 minutes for the ramekins.
