You can cook these in a pan, in the oven or air fryer, or even on the bbq! ✨

Here’s what you need to make this:

500 g Chicken thigh fillets

200 ml Yoghurt

4 Cloves of garlic, minced

25 g Ginger, minced

2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Turmeric

½ tsp Chilli powder

¼ tsp Cinnamon

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbsp Tomato paste

150 ml Double cream

10 g Coriander, chopped
