Marry Me Pork Chops

6 boneless pork chops

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (thyme, oregano, basil)

1 small sweet onion, diced

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

步驟

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and sauté onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to medium, add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian herbs. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Return pork chops to the skillet. Simmer in the sauce until cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
