Note***In this video I used 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour. I wasn’t wearing my glasses and this recipe calls for 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour.🤷♀️🔍But guess what???
They came out so much better with less flour. They’re so amazing as you can see, and light and crispy.👌👩🍳
These Italian biscotti are not only beautiful with their vibrant green and red bright colours, but they’re also oh so delicious. Some of the greatest recipes came from people making mistakes and this is my beautiful and perfect mistake!!👩🍳👌 😋These are great for any upcoming occasions, like a wedding, bridal/baby shower or just a simple family get together and a cup of coffee.♥️☕️They have the perfect amount of crisp, crunch and with every bite you will be lucky enough to enjoy the sweet and savory pistachio and cranberries.🙏
Note**You can rough chop the pistachio’s, this way it will make it a bit easier when cutting them, so that they don’t crumble.
Before cutting them, make sure they cool off.👌

You should get anywhere from 20-24 cookies.
You can make the logs a bit skinnier and longer this way you get extra cookies, but a bit smaller in size.👌
