Honey BBQ Sauce

2 cups ketchup

2 cups honey

½ cup mustard (coarse-grain dijon preferred)

½ jalapeño, finely chopped

4 T. rice vinegar

2 tsp. Tabasco

6 T. brown sugar

2 T. curry powder

3 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. garlic

2 tsp. oil

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. pepper

1. Cook all together at once.

Variation: For Pineapple Honey BBQ Sauce, add half a pineapple, roughly chopped; purée at end of cooking time.
