Goodness Gracious Grape Balls of Goat Cheese

1 cup Goat Cheese

1 cup Red Seedless Grapes

1/2 cup Shelled Pistachios

Wrap each Red Seedless Grapes (1 cup) in Goat Cheese (1 cup), rolling between your palms to evenly coat the grape.

Use a food processor to grind Shelled Pistachios (1/2 cup) into coarse pieces.

Transfer pistachios to a plate and roll each goat cheese covered grape in the nuts. Roll between your palms to press the pistachios in the cheese.

Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Optionally drizzle with honey or sprinkle with salt and pepper just before serving.
