You’ll Need:

1 ½ oz vodka or gin

3/4 oz aperol

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Grapefruit soda to top

2 slices of pink grapefruit

Sprig of thyme

Line your glass with grapefruit slices, add ice to secure, and set aside. In a shaker, combine spirit, aperol, simple, and grapefruit juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into prepped glass. Top with grapefruit soda, stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
