Steak (sirloin or ribeye) – 300 g, cut into cubes
Butter – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
Heavy cream – ½ cup
Parmesan cheese – ⅓ cup
Beef broth – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste
Fresh parsley – chopped for garnish

- Pat steak cubes dry and season well with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat; sear steak bites 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add butter and garlic to the same pan, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and beef broth. Simmer until thickened and creamy.
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
