Cinnamon swirl white chocolate cookies

Cookie -1/2 cup soft unsalted butter -1/2 cup brown sugar -1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 egg -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 1/2 cup all purpose flour -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp cinnamon -1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Cinnamon swirl -1 tsp cinnamon -1/4 cup melted butter -1/2 cup brown sugar -3 tbsp flour

Icing -1/2 cup confectioners sugar -1 tbsp milk -dash of cinnamon

How to:

Start by preheating your oven to 350F

Cinnamon swirl Add your melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour to a small bowl. Mix until smooth then dollop onto a plate. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly frozen.

cookies In a large bowl cream your butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Once combined add your egg and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Add in your dry ingredients and combine until all dry bits are incorporated. Add your cinnamon swirl chunks and white chocolate chips. Using a 2tbsp cookie scoop, scoop your cookies out and Place your cookies on a lined baking sheet and into the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Allow them to slightly cool before icing and enjoying!
