Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bark

Another fun recipe that uses a bag of pretzels, a total of 5 ingredients, and no baking needed!

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, or 12 oz

4 cups mini pretzels (like Tiny Twists)

11oz bag baking caramels (I used the Kraft brand)

2 tablespoons heavy cream

Flaky Sea salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

Add the chocolate chips to a medium microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, giving a stir in between each until melted and smooth.

Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate on the parchment sheet in an even layer.

Layer the pretzels on top of the chocolate in an even layer - it’s okay if some pretzels overlap!

Add the caramels and heavy cream to another microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until melted and smooth.

Drizzle the caramel over the pretzel layer. Then drizzle on the rest of the melted chocolate.

Give a good sprinkle of the flaky sea salt.

Place in the fridge to set (this will take a few hours or you can leave overnight).

Cut the bark into squares and enjoy!
