1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp chopped green onions

How to Make It

1️⃣ Prep the Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. This simple step ensures the perfect golden sear.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly caramelized. Remove and set aside — juicy and flavorful.
