75g plain non fat Greek yogurt
• 20g Clean Simple Eats vanilla whey protein powder
• 1/2 cup fat free milk
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
步驟
Add the Greek yogurt and protein powder to a jar
or bowl. Mix well until there are no clumps.
Add the chia seeds and milk. Mix well and cover.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Mix well before adding toppings and serving.
