One-pan Orange Chicken for Passover

總時間食材
No oil. No frying. No coating station.
Just everything straight into one pan — and somehow it transforms into this glossy, sticky, perfectly caramelized sauce that clings to every piece of chicken.
Like… actual takeout energy without the effort.
The chicken roasts in its own juices, the sauce reduces down, and what you’re left with is deep, citrusy, sweet-savory flavor with that rich caramelized finish you usually only get from frying.
It’s clean, it’s simple, and it feels like a full meal without all the steps.
This is one of those recipes that makes you rethink how much you actually need to do to get something really good.
Kosher for Passover, minimal ingredients, one pan… and it genuinely delivers.
Saving this for every night I want something fast but still feels like I tried.
