1 1/2 cup oats, GF if necessary ⁣

1 tbsp chia seeds⁣

1/2 cup desiccated coconut ⁣

7 dates, pitted⁣

1/4 cup almonds or any nut of your choice ⁣

Toppings (optional): melted chocolate and crushed pistachios ⁣

步驟

In a blender, blitz all the ingredients (apart from toppings). The mixture should hold together, if too dry add 1-2 more dates. If too wet, add more oats slowly. ⁣

In a prepared muffin tray, add 1-2 tbsp of the mixture and press down firmly. ⁣

Top with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios. ⁣

Refrigerate until set!⁣

BANANA BREAD DATE BARK 🍌 ⁣

This banana bread date bark is ADDICTIVE. It’s chewy, has flavours of caramel banana, crunchy, nutty, and just INCREDIBLE. ⁣

If you don’t like bananas - just simply omit!⁣

INGREDIENTS ⁣

10 dates, sliced in half ⁣

3 tbsp peanut butter⁣

1 large ripe banana, mashed⁣

1/2 tsp cinnamon ⁣

125g of vegan chocolate ⁣

1/4 cup of pecans, or nuts of your choice ⁣

METHOD⁣

Mash your banana and mix in the cinnamon.⁣

Slice your dates in half⁣

Spread them all on a baking sheet ⁣

With a back of a glass, flatten the dates so they all join together⁣

Spread the peanut butter on top, then the mashed bananas and then the melted chocolate⁣

Sprinkle on the chopped pecans ⁣

Freeze for 1 hour or until set ⁣ ⁣
