And this simple dish is something you can easily make everyday (perfect for meal prepping) 🙌🏽

Recipe:

1 whole broccoli (cut in tiny pieces)

2 eggs

200g ham (or your choice of protein)

150g mozzarella (low-fat)

250g cottage cheese (low-fat)

Mix it all with salt and pepper - and bake it in the oven at 225 degrees for 30 minutes.
