  • 1 can 100% pure pumpkin

  • Ready made graham cracker crust

  • 1 can 12 ounces carnation evaporated milk

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 2 large eggs

  • Eggnog

步驟

  1. Preheat oven to 425°

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Sugar, salt, ground, cinnamon, ground, ginger and cloves.

  3. Beat eggs in a large bowl.

  4. Stir the eggs, pumpkin, and dry ingredients together. Gradually stirring the milk and eggnog.

  5. Poor into pieshell

  6. Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Reduce temperature to 350°. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
